FOUNDER

Reda HOJEIJ

Consultant, Executive Business Coach – Healthcare, EMEA

In 30 years with MERCK & Co, Reda acquired his leadership experience in Strategic and Operational Marketing, People Management and Field Operations.

In his Leadership role of organizations and operations, he created new business opportunities managed, trained, and developed Sales & Marketing teams. Reda was privileged in launching more than 15 new blockbusters, in highly competitive therapeutically classes, all over the EMEA Markets during his career in the industry.

In 2008 Reda founded, KELAMA Consulting headquartered in Paris, and specialized in offering consultancy services to multinationals of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Education and qualifications

Reda has a double Education background. He holds a BSc. in Biology, a MSc. in Medical Sciences and an MBA.
